Gianluca Pompilio
ABOUT
Gianluca Pompilio is an Italian composer and sound artist. His work spans a wide range of fields, including electroacoustic composition, live electronics, experimental electronics, and sound installations.His electroacoustic works have been selected for and performed at prestigious festivals, including Ars Electronica, Ma/In, Leam, Somarumor, and Tempo Reale, and have been presented in Austria, Poland, Italy, Brazil, and Mexico. In 2025, he won 2nd prize from the Polish Society for Electroacoustic Music (PSeME)Gianluca holds a BA and MA degree in Electronic Music from the San Pietro a Majella Conservatory of Naples and a Diploma in Electronic Music Production from NUT Academy. He is a member of the Napoli Totale collective, a live electronics ensemble, and of the OEOAS orchestra. Under the alias Luke La Rock, he leads a project dedicated to experimental club music
